Randy is a lifelong resident of Hardin County. He currently serves as a Senior Vice President/Loan Officer at the Pickwick/Counce Office specializing in Consumer, Commercial and Real Estate lending. He graduated from Lambuth College with a Bachelor of Science and is also a graduate of The Southeastern School of Banking and The Southeastern School of Commercial Lending. He is a member and former President of the River City Kiwanis Club. He serves on the Hardin County Sports Hall of Fame Committee, the Savannah Utility Board and the Hardin County Regional Planning Board.
